Inspiration Strikes Again

Let's get started shall we, ISA will be launched within the next month and we are looking forward to seeing what people come up with from the various generators. Are you more a Sci Fi person or Fantasy, what unexpected prompts made your brain race into a new story or put pencil to paper to draw? Let us know on discord or here in the comments.

Now perhaps we need a little more information on what exactly is ISA or Inspiration Strikes Again. For that let me give you a tiny bit of background of the two of us, founders of ISA, Ash Kefi and Amadi Hunt.

This is Amadi Hunt currently writing, you might have come across me if you are into 3D fashion or are on Deviant Art. As for Ash Kefi she is currently in the middle of editing the first of her upcoming novels.

Which brings us to why we created ISA, both of us over the years have used various rudimentary versions of ISA, that really just amounted to endless lists of personality traits, colors, body types and on but it was never very organized and always took quite a while to find something useful.

Later, we made the decision to develop a python script that would help us better organize things and generate completely random prompts that we could customize to our liking. This turned out to be incredibly valuable, motivating us to develop an app for fellow creatives like us. We all need that push sometimes, something to spark our inspiration, a character, a prompt, or a setting, but current generators are either too restrictive or yield similar outcomes repeatedly. Thus ISA became a reality!

ISA consists of three main genres, namely fantasy, sci-fi, and miscellaneous. Each type includes a set of prompt generators that draw inspiration from typical elements of their respective genres. Currently, there are over 13 generators distributed among these three fundamental genres. We do of course plan to create quite a number more, somewhere around the range of. . . . well the list right now is at about 40 but who knows it might grow.

ISA will be accessible starting from November 1st on Google Play and the App Store. We have endeavored to set a reasonable subscription prices of $0.99 per month for all current and future generators.
